Preparation:
Grate the pumpkin, add salt and let it stand for one hour. Squeeze out all the liquid from the pumpkin, mix with cheese and cream, add the egg, mix well and add salt to taste. Roll out the dough thinly on a tablecloth, sprinkle it with melted butter, spread it with the filling and make a roll.
