APRICOT JAM
Ingredients:
1 kg cleaned apricots
600 g sugar
Instructions:
Wash the apricots, remove the pits, and cut them into quarters. Sprinkle with sugar and let them sit overnight. Alternatively, you can skip this step, but it will significantly shorten the cooking time.
The next day, bring the apricots to a boil. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about an hour, or until you reach the desired thickness.
Once the jam is cooked, pour it into sterilized jars, seal tightly, and turn them upside down for about 10 minutes. This helps improve shelf life.
Once cooled, your jam is ready to enjoy. Whether it's used as filling for delicious pancakes and favorite buhtle, or simply spread on bread with butter for a sweet breakfast, it's sure to delight. Enjoy your meal!
