Book: Flavors of the Varaždin Region

The book **"Flavors of the Varaždin Region"** is a special publication created in collaboration between DMK Vall 042, the Varaždin County Tourist Board, and 14 restaurants bearing the standard of Flavors of the Varaždin Region.

In its 90 pages, with an elegant hardcover, the book features the restaurants, their chefs, traditional ingredients, and a total of 42 recipes characteristic of this region.

The restaurants included in the book and bearing the standard of Croatian Tradition Flavors – Flavors of the Varaždin Region are: Hotel-Restaurant Trakošćan, Seosko Domaćinstvo Grešna Pilnica, Restaurant August, Restaurant Bedem, Restaurant Garestin, Restaurant Varaždin, Restaurant Šanjek, Restaurant Verglec, Restaurant La' Gus, Restaurant Zlatne Gorice, Restaurant Bernarda, Restaurant Minerva, Restaurant Vila Toplissa, and Restaurant Arabela.

The editor of the book is Borislav Šimenc, with photography by Domagoj Miletić and design by Tanja Bunjevac.
