National Flavors Days in November

The national event, the 4th Days of Croatian Tradition Flavors, will take place from November 17 to December 3, 2023. It is expected that this year’s edition will include over 100 hospitality establishments bearing the Flavors of Croatian Tradition standard from 16 Croatian counties. They will offer guests two different menus consisting of at least three courses of local traditional dishes daily throughout the three-week event. This year, in addition to the menu, a glass of beverage will also be served. Restaurants will shape their offer according to their own choice and at promotional prices ranging from 15 to 30 Euros.

This year’s event plans to complement the traditional dishes offered by restaurants with about ten interesting eno-gastronomic events, including culinary workshops and presentations, as well as expert lectures on traditional food.
