CATFISH WITH BACON

Ingredients:
- 800 g catfish fillet
- 250 g millet
- 50 g kale
- 20 g garlic
- Pinch of salt
- Pepper
Preparation:
- Season the catfish fillet with salt, wrap it with thin slices of bacon, and grill it briefly on both sides.
- Briefly boil the millet in salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain and rinse it.
- Slice the kale into strips, blanch it briefly, then drain and rinse it in cold water.
- In a pan, quickly sauté the garlic in oil, then add the cooked kale and millet. Season everything with salt and pepper.
